My story begins in a place where the sun sets beautifully over the Pacific Ocean, a serene beachside town in California. It was there, amidst the gentle waves and the sound of the sea, that I met the love of my life.
In the summer of 2018, I had just moved to this picturesque town for a new job. I was eager to explore and meet new people, so I decided to join a local book club. The club met once a month at a cozy coffee shop, and it was there that I first laid eyes on him. He was sitting by the window, engrossed in a book, his hair slightly tousled and his smile warm and inviting. I was immediately drawn to him, but I didn’t have the courage to approach.
