How to Change the Sand in a Hayward Filter
Regular maintenance is crucial for the proper functioning of a Hayward pool filter. One of the most important aspects of maintenance is changing the sand in the filter. Hayward filters are designed to use sand as a medium to trap dirt and debris, but over time, the sand can become compacted and less effective. Step 1: Turn Off the Power Supply
